One of Louisiana’s finest, SneakerPolitics based in Lafayette has announced when they will be getting the Nike Air Force 1 World 1 Influencer Pack sneakers in the store.  Also known as the Nike Air Questos, Legendary musician, ?uestlove (The Roots) has collaborated with Nike to formulate a one of a kind sneaker.  Politics will be getting only 12 pairs and will be the only retailer from Houston to Atlanta with the goods.  Available on August 16, exclusively at Politics.

Speaking of Boutiques…Traffic boutique will have their official grand opening this Sunday July 27, 2008 at the Loft venue in Dallas, Texas.  The event will start off with a fashion show and into a concert where New Orleans native Curren$y is supposed to be bringing the house down along with a couple of local artists.  Team Traffic opened months ago in New Orleans and was the first streetwear boutique in the N.O.  Props to them for introducing a unique style to the dirty south.  Hit em up on the space, www.myspace.com/trafficboutique.
