Mos Def, the Brooklyn bred, established hip-hop artist, actor, and poet, is performing at the House of Blues on Tuesday, Aug 5th 2008 along with New Orleans underground M.C. Truth Universal.  DJ Spin will be mixin in the booth for the event.  Doors will open at 7:00 PM.  Tickets are going for $40 at Ticketmaster.

Philadelphia based clothing brand, UNDRCRWN, has gotten together with yet another talented Hip-Hop musician, Mos Def, to collaborate on these Watermelon Syndicate t-shirts. One of the tees was debuted for the first time when Mos Def performed at Carnegie Hall on June 28th, both of the tees from the Watermelon Syndicate collaboration between UNDRCRWN and Mos Def will be exclusively sold on Karmaloop.
